Terms and Conditions


Saturday to Saturday bookings apply during June, July and August.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid to confirm the booking.  The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.  We will send you an email to remind you when the remaining balance is due.  For bookings made within 6 weeks of date of arrival, payment in full is required. 

Please note that bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.  We will only refund deposits (or full payments in the case of bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival) if we are able to rebook the property for the whole of the relevant period.  A 25% charge will be levied on all refunds.

Holiday/travel insurance is recommended in case of delays or cancellations.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 10am.


Payment can be made by cash, cheque or BACS.

Cheques should be made payable to South Voxter Lodges, and sent to; -

  1. The hirer must vacate the property at the termination of the let.
  2. The number of people occupying a lodge should be as specified at time of booking, unless agreed prior to arrival.
  3. The property should be left clean and tidy at the end of the let, otherwise a cleaning charge will be incurred.
  4. The hirer is responsible for any damage to the property and/or its contents.  Any damage must be reported and paid for prior to departure.
  5. Smoking is not permitted inside the lodges.
  6. No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.
